You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use we9. By creating an account, you confirm your age and accept that we9 may request CNIC documentation to verify this at any time. Accounts found to be registered by under-18 users will be closed immediately.
Each individual may hold only one we9 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers or payment methods by the same person — are prohibited and may result in all associated balances being forfeited.
All deposits and withdrawals on we9 are processed through your PKR wallet. JazzCash and Easypaisa must be registered in your own name. we9 does not accept third-party deposits and reserves the right to return and cancel any deposits that cannot be matched to the account holder.
Bonuses awarded by we9 are subject to wagering requirements as specified on the individual promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. we9 reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time with reasonable notice.
Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), abuse of system errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on we9. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended and balances may be voided pending investigation.
we9 provides deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion tools. If you believe gambling is causing harm, use these tools via Account Settings immediately. we9 strongly encourages all users to play within their financial means at all times.
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and we9.club ("we9", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on or using the we9 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use we9.
1.1 we9.club ("we9") is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the we9 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery-style games and any promotional offers.
1.2 These Terms are effective from the date you create a we9 account or first access the platform, whichever is earlier. Continued use of we9 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3 These Terms should be read alongside we9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and we9.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use we9. Registration by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. 18+
2.2 You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number that is registered in your own name and matches the mobile wallet (JazzCash or Easypaisa) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered we9 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment instruments or devices, is prohibited.
2.4 we9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, during ongoing use or prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
2.5 You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of we9 is lawful in your jurisdiction. we9 does not represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Players based in Pakistan are individually responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we9 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. we9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify we9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. You may use the emergency "Lock Account" feature in your security settings to freeze your account instantly while you contact support.
3.3 Your we9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
4.1 we9 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per channel and are displayed in the we9 Cashier at the time of each transaction.
4.2 All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. we9 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods and reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be matched to the account holder's verified identity, and to suspend the account pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification; first-time withdrawals require completion of the we9 identity verification process before funds are released.
4.4 we9 processes PKR withdrawal requests via JazzCash and Easypaisa within one to four business hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 business hours. we9 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution or mobile wallet provider.
4.5 we9 does not charge internal processing fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. Currency conversion fees applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer are outside we9's control and remain the user's responsibility.
5.1 All bets placed on the we9 sports betting platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Game-specific rules for we9 Casino, Slots and Fruit Shop products are published within each game interface.
5.2 we9 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bet was placed based on erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human error in the line-setting process. Players who are reasonably aware of an error in odds and place bets to exploit that error will have those bets voided.
5.3 Live in-play betting on cricket (including PSL and international matches) is available on we9 subject to connectivity and data feed availability. we9 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets during any specific event. Accepted in-play bets that have been confirmed and given a bet ID will be honoured even if the market subsequently becomes unavailable.
5.4 Game outcomes in we9 Casino and Slots sections are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
6.1 we9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions and expiry periods, which will be stated on the individual promotion page.
6.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your PKR wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is satisfied, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.3 we9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before its stated end date, we9 will provide reasonable advance notice to affected players.
6.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gaming, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on we9 and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action:
8.1 All content on the we9 platform — including but not limited to the we9 name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of we9 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any we9 content without prior written authorisation.
9.1 we9 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we9's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your we9 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 we9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.
10.1 we9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered users have access to the following responsible gaming tools in their account settings: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; session time notifications; temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration. During a self-exclusion period, we9 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, opening a new account or receiving marketing communications.

11.1 you may close your we9 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no ongoing investigation is in progress.
11.2 we9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, and to forfeit any balance, if you are found to be in material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to age falsification, fraud, multiple account abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
12.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
13.1 we9 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we9 will notify registered users via in-platform notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of we9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
